Iceland Luxury was founded in 2012 to promote Iceland as a luxury travel destination. The initiative was created by several Icelandic companies operating in the luxury market. In 2020 the project merged with Iceland's official tourist information site Visit Iceland. Our goal remains the same, to strengthen Iceland's reputation as a destination for luxury travelers and increase operational efficiencies while emphasizing industry-wide sustainable practices in Iceland.
